Goshen Friends School is pleased to offer the Welcome Scholarship, a needs-based scholarship for students enrolling in Pre-Kindergarten and Kindergarten. The Barbara Dixon Scholarship is also a needs-based scholarship and is for children from the greater West Chester area who bring diversity to our Pre-Kindergarten and Kindergarten programs.
Recipients of the Barbara Dixon Scholarship and the Welcome Scholarship are asked to apply for assistance through the School and Student Services (SSS) of the National Association of Independent Schools. Recipients of these scholarships can also be considered in subsequent years for financial aid. For more information on how to file for financial aid, please contact the Admissions office at (610) 696-8183.
Goshen Friends School offers two non-needs-based grants. The Diversity Grant is for children who bring diversity to our school, and the Quaker Grant is for children of Quaker families. Families applying for these grants alone do not need to file their financial information.
Financial aid for students enrolled in our Preschool classes is very limited and is given on a first-come, first-served basis. Applications must be filed through SSS.
